Our Collierville Fitness Kickboxing classes are specifically designed for anyone of any fitness level. You may train at your own pace and intensity level throughout the class. Each class is 45-50 minute interval training sessions consisting of several rounds of punches and kicks on a 130 lb heavy bag, finishing with intense core-strengthening exercises.
These classes use the same principles professional fighters use to get in the best shape of their lives. An average class can burn up to 1000 calories.
